But here are some actionable tips that you can take to incorporate story into your videos First thing is emotional emotional storytelling is a very good way to really impact an audience Did you know tourists and travelers make buying decisions based on emotions price may be one factor? But they’re almost always looking for a nice experience from you Also while creating your videos as I said You need to know what your company is about for travel agents who focus on eco travel Maybe put in some concepts about Environmental awareness, have elements of that in your video that tells the customer that you care about something that is bigger than yourself and that’s a great brand story or maybe you’re into backpacking or offbeat locations or adventures then maybe make a video on something like Experience a solo traveler might have a while traveling by the way. We already did a video on that concept actually We made a video for a company called Hostel la vie, i’ll put the link here or maybe a card here. So go check it out if you want Let’s get into tip number three that is creating helpful content for your customers So as I said customers don’t really care about what you’re trying to sell all they care about is their goals and aspirations so the only way to get their attention, especially In this day and age is to provide them Value what I mean by value? it’s basically content videos around something that they’re having trouble with just know what your customers are having trouble with and Make content surrounding that So Gary B talks about this all the time, you know You need to provide your clients or your ideal customers a lot of value upfront Before even starting to sell them anything here are some actionable tips for you travel agents You need to create informative content for your customers Did you know you know, majority of the search results around travel are basically destination names what this tells you is travelers are basically looking for Destinations or the different places that they can visit in a certain location you can make content around a certain place maybe explain the types of places there are and also do Itinerary videos for each and one of your clients personally explain and walk them through your entire itinerary Through video that’s gonna double your conversion rates Now if you’re wondering how do I find out what my clients are actually Looking for just head on over to quora.com and just post some travel related search terms if you’re a travel agent Of course for any other business just type in your related target markets keyword and there is gonna be tons of results That’s gonna show you, you know, the questions that you want and these are all content ideas you can make videos around these so that is one way and there are tons of other ways that you can find content ideas if you’re looking for It check out Vanessa Lau’s video on this topic She has done an amazing video on how to really find out different content ideas for your YouTube or maybe either Instagram I’ll just put the link in the card above so that is about creating informative of content for your customers Now let’s get into tip number four that is repurposing videos for social media So you might ask me I’m oh, I know we have to create a lot of new content every day But I have a business to run and I’m not really free and I can’t create new videos each and every day Well, what you can do is have one piece of content as the main pillar content For example a YouTube video now, in order to increase its shelf life You can really pull out snippets from that video and post it on different social media You can use the transcription and make a blog out of it Or you can make an audio version of the video that you’ve made and put it on a podcast also you can post some quotes or some short form content that was in the video as a Twitter post what you’re really doing is just using one video per week and you’re making a lot of content from it You’re basically extending its shelf life Repurposing is one of the most important things that you can do right now, especially if you’re a business owner you don’t really have time to really create new content each and every day just Create one piece of content and use the same content on all other social media pushing traffic to your YouTube channel Tip 5 is capitalizing on user-generated content Did you know that most people rely on other people’s opinions especially for choosing a destination? so if you’re a resort or a hotel ask your clients to tag your property while taking pictures and videos or you can even repost their photos with their permission Of course now , on your social media page or you can feature your favorite traveler of the week or something like that So there are tons of ways you can really leverage user-generated content Another amazing way to do this is influencer marketing so influencers have huge followings and collaborating with the right type of influencer with a similar audience to yours can really grow the reach of your company a great example of this is the Royal Caribbean cruise and They called upon a lot of influencers and they made a video including all of them and leveraged their entire Following , that really brought them a lot of engagement. So this customer wants to take their dog on a vacation So step two is to introduce a conflict that’s gonna stop your customer from reaching his goals This could be as simple as not really finding a pet friendly hotel or not finding a hotel at all It could be anything based on what you are trying to do here So in step 3 you show how your business solve the customers problem?
