Aloka Palace Open for Public Mysore tourism Karnataka tourism Mysore heritage building Mysore Palace

hi namaskara to all i have one good new to share Aloka Palace has been opened for public i got to know this through a comment and mail my Big thanks to all those who shared my previous Aloka Palace video our video and mail has been quite effective Since Aloka Palace has been re opened on 12th September 2019 Mr. Mohan G K informed me through comment that the palace has been opened i haven’t received any email reply from the officials yet this is not the first time i am sending such a email i keep doing this every now and then for certain issues i have even written to Prime Minister’s office even for that i have received a reply ASI Delhi directors as well as from ASI Karnataka Directors i had written email to all of them i have received reply from them too not that the issue i had taken up was resolved but a courtesy reply has been received email is s mode of connecting common man with officials it is difficult for us to go there and submit a letter as we will be busy at the same time they too go for field work at that time if we go we will not be able to meet them or will have to wait a lot crowd will be there so we can not spend much time that is why email – a mode of communication has been created so that common man can connect with officials through this channel if they could send a reply as well, then i would be very good now after they have opened Aloka palace to public how is it? are there any changes? in what way are they allowing the public there come let us go and see all this it is very easy to go to Aloka Palace when coming from Hunsur road after koppalu there is Huyilalu road from here it is one straight road you will reach Aloka Palace they are planting new plant here they have plan to develop this as a public place now if you come, they are allowing public to come in here children can utilize the place for playing for development, they have plans of making a walking path as well all this development will take some time let us hope that all this will be completed soon as of now they are not permitting public inside the Palace they are saying that there is nothing inside, it is empty they also have a plan of creating a museum here this is all for now, this was the ground report as of now there is no restriction for photo or video here public can come but still we do not have permission to go inside the palace the place outside can be utilised palace outer view can be enjoyed and there children can play children below 12 years of age can use this park here

  8. A little info on this building i found recently.

" Among the oldest British-era buildings in the city – a little away from it, in fact – it was built in 1806 by Arthur Cole, Resident in Mysore. The design of the building, according t9 a chronicler, was taken from the Irish country-house of lord Enniskillen, Cole's Father. " By former T.P Issar chief secretary of Karnataka
