Behind the lens: Great Britain

(upbeat music) – I am Tiffany Nguyen and
I’m a travel photographer. I’m in the UK with Visit Britain. – Hello.
– Hi how are you? – I’m Colin, welcome. This is London’s oldest market, it dates back to the year 1200. Now a silk top hat
originated in London in 1793. (upbeat music) – How long has this cathedral been under construction for?
– There has been a foundation here since 597 so quite awhile. – Oh wow. And when is it expected to be done?
– It’s ongoing. It’s a living kind of organic place. So it’s always changing and growing and adapting. – It takes 10 liters of milk to make one kilo of cheese. And the beauty of cheese
is if I haven’t sold it at six months, when it’s 12 months old
it’s more expensive. – Where do you think we should go next? – I’d say predominately we are a sparkling wine estate. We released our first vintages last year so we have Blanc de Blanc and Rose. (upbeat music) – It used to have a rocking chair in here. And we had to take it out because so many guests were getting upset by this chair constantly
moving in the night. (upbeat music) – Cheers!
