Guests traveling from the north can take exit 3 off Interstate 81 and follow
highway 11 E, also known as Volunteer Parkway,
straight to Bristol Motor Speedway. Please note that this is often a
congested route on race weekend. So you may want to consider an alternate route
like taking exit 17 off Interstate 81 in Abingdon, Virginia. Those traveling from
the south can take exit 69 off Interstate 81 and follow highway 394.
This too is a congested routes, so you may want to consider taking exit 57A off
Interstate 81 to exit 19 on interstate 26. To check out the full list of
directions and alternate routes head over to BristolMotorSpeedway.com.
Please exercise patience as traffic can be heavy during these times. Bristol
Motor Speedway is surrounded by multiple parking options. While parking on Bristol
Motor Speedway property requires a parking permit, the speedway offers two
free public parking areas on Highway 394. One at Speedway Parking and Camping
the other at White Top Creek Park. Bristol Motor Speedway offers paid
parking at BMS north along Volunteer Parkway just north of Exide Drive.
Numerous other adjacent parking areas not operated by Bristol Motor Speedway
are open for paid parking. A full list of parking information for guests can be
accessed online at BristolMotorSpeedway.com. And remember all parking
areas are held following the event until pedestrian traffic has cleared and
officials deem it’s safe for vehicular traffic to begin moving. This also
includes all Speedway operated transportation. Again for more
information visit our website BristolMotorSpeedway.com. Also be sure to
