  1. DENIED!!!! That's a first!!! I would have asked for a manager…. unbelievable.
    14 mile bridge! ๐Ÿ˜‚
    Thank you!

  2. Mangroves…all fun n games til you add a snake!!! Love the out takes/mistakes. It really adds a genuine factor to it all.

  3. Chad, tell us what you really think of your 1 a.m. neighbors!
'You're killing me, Smalls!' One of the greatest lines of all time!
    Another great video, guys!
Oh, and if you haven't already left or passed it by, you should roll over to see Lake Okeechobee! The 2nd largest fresh (?) water lake in the continental USA!

  4. Actually, the deer are smaller than my Great Danes. Well, maybe my female Dane is about that size but she still weighs in at 135. The male…..185 pounds of stupid! ๐Ÿ™‚

  5. Hi Tara & Chad (aka: Chara) , ๐Ÿ‘€ this was eerily fun to watch ๐Ÿ‘€ we did same trip in November โ€˜18 – de ja vue! After Key West, Ft Jefferson, seaplane, etc we also scored last minute res at Curry Hammock and cooked our full Thanksgiving Turkey dinner right there on site 19!!! It was amazing. Safe travels.

  6. Those jellyfish you asked about are Cassiopea, or "Upside Down Jellyfish". They're actually pretty cool creatures. Great video as always, y'all! Thanks for sharing! Y'all be careful!

  7. Bahia Honda is the nicest state park in the keys over all. Curry Hammock has the newest and most space for camp sites.

  8. Your music choices and editing skills are stellar!
It's easy to see the fun you have and feel almost like were right there wit ya
    Thanks for another GREAT video!

  9. Taking notes. Hope to hop around the state parks some winter in the future. We have been down there a few times but not with the trailer.

  10. Wow, sounds like alot of negative energy living / operating parks up that way. Kind of sad. You 2 look like another great time. So you are headed west? Safe Travels

  11. Itโ€™s another great video. Tara, being a pain in the ass is just part of us guys job. Sometimes I forget my real name cause the wife calls me an ass so much. LOL. Thanks guys.

  12. Love your videos guys. You donโ€™t know how much I enjoyed them. We were thinking of doing the RV thing but my wife has decided she would rather cruise the Bahamas and the Caribbean for a couple years . We need to sell our house and trade in our 30foot cruiser for a 50 foot live a board trawler . I have been wondering if you folks have thought of trading in the RV life for the cruising life.

  13. Thank you for this video. June 19th is the 37th anniversary that I moved to Marathon. My wife and I live on Flamingo Island. If you ever make it down this way again we will have to do a meet-and-greet. Just a heads up the trailer park at the west or south end of the seven mile bridge is actually Sunshine Key and is owned by Encore Resorts which also owns fiesta Key which is mile marker 70.

  14. We are headed there at the end of the year, same spot and all. Did you have any issues using the dump station with the size of your rig?

  15. You two are so down to earth just love watching your videos. I canโ€™t wait to see the next adventure you go on! Take care and safe travelsโค๏ธ

  16. Thanks for sharing your Keys adventure with us. Good edits with the videos, nice choice of music, makes it so enjoyable to watch.

  17. "Living with a boy is hard." LOL! Ain't that the truth! And they are ALL boys! Hehehehe He reminds me of the one I have sharing my RV… Thanks for the info – we've never been to the Keys before, and can't wait to go.

  18. Another awesome video! Beautiful filming and editing… Feels like being there with you. ๐Ÿ™‚ Love the out takes! LOL

  19. Do you do anything specific to secure Lucille (besides factory installed alarm) when sheโ€™s not in the garage? Looks like a wonderful adventure! Thank you for sharing.

  20. Lived in Marathon four "Awesome" years. Great to see some of the great spots are still going strong. (Burdines, No Name Pub). Bahia Honda SP is a great spot. Like Curry Hammock, probably tough to get a spot in. Bahia Honda is probably top 5 beach in the world… to me.. they have boat rentals, cabin rentals, a general store, etc.. hope you got he hole in your back patched up (around the 5 min mark), good to know the mangroves still smell the same.. press on!

  21. Great episode we love the keys and will be in Key West for Lobster Fest and to dive the Vandenburg in August. Bahia Honda is pretty cool. Check out Traveling Robert's YouTube channel; he has a good episode from there. Make sure you try the Conch House in Marathon next time you're there. Good stuff guys!

  22. Hey folks …. THIS was soooo GOOD that I'm watching it for the second time !! LOL.. Lots of GREAT INFO, (as normal on your channel…), and we LOVE the "out-takes" at the end ๐Ÿ™‚ ๐Ÿ™‚ ๐Ÿ™‚ Like XTRA POINTS … hee hee … "Thanks" for sharing it !!
    Rick S. (Massachusetts)

  23. The Key Deer are great, but be super careful. They've lost fear of people so they walk out in front of cars and get hurt.

  24. Loved the bit where Chad morphs into Homer Simpson (just after 8 minutes) and exclaims โ€œ Like The Matrix, HE HE HE ๐Ÿ˜†๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ˜‚ !โ€. My 2nd favourite bit is when Chad is told after a huge sigh, โ€œChad, youโ€™re being, really uncooperative todayโ€! ๐Ÿ˜ณ๐Ÿฅบ๐Ÿ˜–๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ

I clearly recognise that tone of voice because, I too am married (30 years in August, if I survive that long)๐Ÿƒ. Anyway always amusing, informative and entertaining on this side of the pond in sunny England ๐Ÿด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ฅ๓ ฎ๓ ง๓ ฟ, donโ€™t change a thing guys love you to bits! ๐Ÿ‘

  25. Thanks for the Burdineโ€™s credit! Still wish you would have had those hush puppies!!! Love you guys. You just made me home sick again ๐Ÿ˜œ

  26. When were you with the Bear Aces? I was CAG 15 LSO โ€˜83 to 86 on Vinson with VA52. Small world! Great vid! Thanks!

  27. I've been going to the Keys my entire life. I was married in Key West. Go there every year for anniversary. I've never seen a Key Deer. Not once. And here you guys go and see half a dozen or more in one little outing.

  28. You guys are such a lovely couple. We absolutely love your videos. So fun and exciting! Keep up the good work๐Ÿ‘โค๏ธโค๏ธโค๏ธ

  29. I live in Ft Lauderdale. Passed Marathon 100 times on way to KW. But the time I went, loved it. It gets you out of the bars and into nature…

  30. I need to see the Atlantic Ocean! I live on the west coast and the ocean here is completely different. Thank you for the beautiful video. I always love your music too. Blessings

  31. Born and Raised here in Marathon! So glad to see you guys stop in. One of my friends dads use to be the park ranger at Curry Hammock and have spent MANY days out there.

  32. I have stayed at Bahia Honda State Park, November of a couple years ago. Nice Park, closest , I could get to Key West, without paying a large site fee. Stayed with a 43 foot Motorhome, sites have some seperation with trees and large bushes. Reserved a couple days ahead.

  33. Guys I just drove by there yesterday June 24th Monday. Are you guys still in the Keys? or is this just shot on a prior time?

  34. The smell may have been conchs, don't know if they still harvest them but they used to stink to high heaven. Oh yea, 70 is not cold, ain't even close, but yes it is considered cold in the Keys. I was just wondering what kind of cover you have for your bike. I'm getting ready to full-time in the next few months and will need a cover for my bike. Any help will be appreciated. Nice videos, thanks.

  35. Your editing skills are on point! Also, we finally ordered our keyless entry from RV Lock and LOVE it! Thanks for the tip!

  36. Can you do a video on your favorite campgrounds/park so far. Why did you like them? What extras did they have? How much to stay? Things like that ๐Ÿ™‚

  37. I just bought my RV this past month being new retired young. New sub to your channel. So currently I am doing upgrades for the next few months while waiting for my reservations. But I noticed in the State Parks that offer alot, the minimum amount of time it seems is 6 months ahead and if it's in the keys, up to a year easy. It for sure is not like it was a long time ago.

How long did it take you to reserve in the keys? My parents had a summer home in little torch key (26 miles from key west) that I had my own boat and we went several times a year there. Unfortunately during Hurricane Irma, the whole island was hit by the eye and destroyed loads, I am gutted over it. But anyways , how long did it take to reserve? I want to get down there obviously as soon as possible.

  38. Was the water nasty out there? My fiancรฉ and I were just in Key West yesterday for the week and the water was absolutely disgusting!

  39. Burdines really is in an interesting spot, we drove one day and went on a friends boat because itโ€™s right on the inter coastal another day

  40. Have you ever been to Connecticut!! If you do go go there I recommend Nelson's family campground in East Hampton ct where I have a seasonal site,or Odetah in Bozra Ct

  41. I enjoy your videos.ย  We lived in south Miami and enjoyed many weekends in the Keys.ย  Brings back great memories!!ย  ๐Ÿ™‚

  42. Really enjoying the videos, editing and music is damn good. Any info on why you chose Indian over Harley or other brands? To each his own, just wondering what helped in your decision. Thank you and keep em coming !

  43. I noted the PO2 patch on your bike vest. And when you talked about going into a state park to check it out, but didn't want to pay the 10 dollar entry fee. If you have a VA card, show it to the ranger station and you can get a free park pass for Florida State parks. Works for entry fees. You can also get a National Park pass.

  44. Hey guys! Love your videos. I donโ€™t know how the captions work or who makes them (all I know is these are not auto generated, someone typed them up) but when Tara speaks it says โ€œDawnโ€ in brackets. The name is correct for Chad. Not really sure how that confusion wouldโ€™ve happened but I just thought I would point it out. ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜

Update: โ€œDawnโ€ changes to โ€œTaraโ€ when we see the door to the no name pub.

  45. I think ( not sure) the thing at 9:55 is a jellyfish, based on the way it moved. Not sure tho! Loved this video!

  46. Between Bahia Honda State Park and 7 mile bridge is Sunset Key RV resort. We just left there last weekend. It was great during the week, but on the weekend they get a LOT of assholes from Miami and Ft Lauderdale that are very inconsiderate and loud. Ruins the entire atmosphere, and for that reason we won't go back.

  47. Hi guys. This question is about your video that gave you power for tv without generator. I was wondering if i could pick your brain on electrical having trouble finding a detail answer. I am converting a 20 ft enclosed into a toy hauler with 12 ft toy area for can am. Starting from scratch. I have a propane onan 4k generator, I am going to buy 2 6v batteries later 4, I order the 55 amp wfco power center that has ac/dc and multi stage converter built in, order a 30 amp plug (if ever shore hook up but mostly boon docking in desert) and was going to order a pure sine 2000w inverter. right now really struggling trying to figure out how to wire the inverter in so i can use tv and coffee without generator, without it activating the charger in the built in converter or loosing all of 12 volt (lights etc). the 4 different inverter method article gives me a little bit of info. Since I cannot seem to figure out method 1/4 i was going to just make dedicated outlets if i couldnt figure it out so method 3… I do plan to add 400 watt solar in future with mppt controller and 2 more 6 volt batteries. But for now I cannot figure this out. I know it requires a transfer switch or possibly manually doing something? Any help you can give would be great. Thanks Keith

  48. U guys r awesome…. Love the videos, especially the bike rides. Nice bike Chad. Love to get an Indian motorcycle but for now I will settle with my Honda vtx 1300 or my Kawasaki vulcan. Keep up the great vlogs. I camp as well but as a vacation escape

  49. My wife and I have been thinking about a Keys camping trip. We would be bringing our motorcycle down (towing on a trailer) with us; however, we would be camping in a tent. Weโ€™ve looked at some camping options on the internet. Thanks for the video. It helps give an idea of what the campsites are like. Too bad you werenโ€™t able to get into the other state park. It would have been nice to see what it was like. Maybe weโ€™ll make it down one day for a camping & motorcycle adventure.

  50. Im getting kind of addicted to your videos!! We are about to take off on our first Toyhauler Adventure this January/February! Taking Tinkerbell and Buster with us!??

  51. We are heading to New Orleans and into Texas for a month then finishing up in Oklahoma before heading back home first of March!

  52. Used to be, if you paid for "parking" at one FL state park, that gained you access to any other the same day. I have a lifetime military pass. Very nice of my home state.

  53. Once again, great video guys! We really enjoy watching your adventures. We hope to see you guys out there soon! Thanks for sharing and safe travels.

  54. At least my second time watching this video – excellent. We have a reservation at this park in a few weeks – our first time (after a week at Fort Wilderness – life is hard, LOL). Some of our RVing neighbors are telling us that it is hard to drive a big rig in the Keys – getting there and the the park itself. Your toy hauler fit, so I assume our 40' DP will fit as well? Also, did you have a lot of salt residue after? I plan to give it a good bath – including the underneath. Thanks and safe travels.

  55. Just found your guy's channel, my wife and I enjoy watching. Would love to do the same style of living soon. We live in Cape Coral Florida currently….. Has anybody ever told you that you look like Bert Kreischer…..lol

  56. Great job here nice down there we go down 2or 3 times a year๐Ÿ‘get a veterans pass an u can go in an out of all the state parks in Florida any time u like for free๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‘

  57. Beautiful filming of the keys, absolutely gorgeous. The time shot of the sun setting was so so pretty. When you went kayaking, had you done some sort of google to see were you were going to go? For true I would have gotten lost and I'm pretty observant as to where I'm going and how to get back. But when you went into that mangrove area how in the world did you now how to get back to where you started?? That looked sort of scary. For sure…….
