#FOREIGNERS FIRST TIME in #HAMPI – MUST VISIT place in INDIA 🇮🇳인도 배낭여행 브이로그!

Previously on Lifetime Travelmates We had to say goodbye to the beautiful city of Panjim in Goa. We had great time there, but it was time to explore more. We arrived at the station Vasco da Gama We took our first Indian train from Vasco da Gama station in Goa to Hospet in the state of Karnataka. So we arrived in Hospet or Hosapete. Now it feels like traveling after three months staying in Goa. And now as usual since it’s a train station a bunch of people will come and ask us if we want a tuk tuk ride But we already decided, we’re gonna take the bus Because it’s not that far and it’s cheaper. Ok, so, see you later! Yeah, we need to find the bus station to go to the Hampi, yeah. Hampi. That’s the destination we have to go. We are lucky it’s not raining because right before arriving, we could see some rain. Now, I feel like I’m in real India. Staying in Goa was a blessing and we enjoyed it but actually we didn’t really feel like this kind of madness, culture shock or whatever. I don’t feel any culture shock. I feel more like the videos I’ve seen before and the atmosphere and everything. More like…Instead of a bus, we ended up taking an auto rickshaw. We couldn’t resist a nice price in the cute little puppy. The driver insisted he was going anyway to Hampi Along these 20 minutes ride, we started seeing some incredible landscapes and got really excited to discover what Hampi had to offer. The rickshaw left us right in front of the
Sri Virupaksa Temple, the biggest and most impressive temple we had seen until then. After some quick lunch, we couldn’t believe what our eyes were seeing. The temple surroundings were full of monkeys mostly langurs, but also many macaques. We left the monkeys alone and went inside the temple. The temple is dedicated to Virupaksha a form of Shiva, one of the most important deities in Hinduism. It is the main center of pilgrimage in Hampi and considered the most sacred sanctuary over the centuries It was built in the VII century as a small shrine and became a large complex during the Vijayanagara Empire There we started experiencing something we did an experienced before in Goa it was what we called the Selfie Fever All of a sudden we felt surrounded by locals and maybe not so locals asking to take a selfie with us. At first it was kind of funny but later we saw that it wasn’t just one selfie and wherever we walked, people were coming to us and asking for a selfie our name and our country. We didn’t want to be rude and it seemed they were having a good time so we let them take as many as they wanted and after a while, we left. Hyekyong is a celebrity now We don’t know how many times we did the handshake Yeah, now I understand many people saying that everybody wants to take selfie with you… Oh, It’s getting dark! Yeah, mystery *******! SUBSCRIBE! We took so many selfies! Bye!
