How to set up a family camping tent!

those are the two boats that crossed our
path and what’s happening is that the bridge infront of us is going to… hi guys
before we start we just want to thank our returning subscribers for your
continuous support and to our new viewers today and new subscribers thank
you so much for watching pinay mom’s blogs. Today we are going to meet
up with my sister in law and her family because they are going to show us how to set up
our camping tent which we actually got as a hand-me-down from them to prepare
for our summer holiday vacation back to Sprookjes camping which we had gone
through the last year for our summer holidays. Alright so let’s get to it.
This is a secondhand Cabanon Guadaloupe that’s still in very good condition
despite despite it being almost 10 years old that’s because most of these
European family tents are made to endure different kinds of weather
not to mention must be waterproof so a lot of families choose a thicker more
durable design or also more durable material which is what we have here yes the setback is that it’s much
heavier but the pros outweigh the cons this tent that we have is also great
at keeping us warm inside specially at nights when it gets cold so after they placed a plastic protector
on the ground the main tent’s been unfolded spread out
and oriented toward where the door and the windows would be etc etc then zip on the
edges next they lay out the poles and stakes
figuring them out ahead of time before placing them in the tent. And when the
poles have been connected and figured out it’s time to raise the tent
I think this one definitely takes some coordination and help from a second
person that would be me of course on our summer holiday now my husband is 6 foot 2
his brother-in-law is 6 foot 3 so see how tall our tent’s gonna be. We have
plenty of head space for sure. So after you raise the tent up the next
is that you stake the tent to the ground and something that may not be
familiar with most of you is this an inner tent that makes up the bedroom or
the sleeping quarters of our family tent. And there you have it. Setting up this
family tent takes time and a lot of work but it’s so much worth it and much
cheaper than staying in hotel. Now that you’ve seen how this family tent stands
would you like to try camping for the holidays who would you still prefer
to book a hotel room? Write down your comments on the description box below.
And if you’re interested you can watch an old episode of our first ever camping
experience at the end of this video. Please don’t forget to hit the like
