Lake Louise Vacation Travel Guide | Expedia

Lake Louise is located about 200 km from Banff in the Banff National Park and is renowned
for it’s stunning natural beauty. The beautiful summer scenery is transformed into a vista of frozen lakes and waterfalls,
snow covered mountains and alpine woodlands in winter. Lake Louise offers plenty of outdoor activities including ice skating and snow shoeing, as
well as skiing, horse drawn sleigh, and for the adventurous
even dog sledding! The Lake Louise Ski Area covers forty-two
hundred acres of beautiful mountain terrain and with high
speed ski lifts and 139 marked runs it is the perfect spot
for any skier or snowboarder. Dogsledding through the forests of Lake Louise
is a true adventure. Towed by a team of ten dogs the sled speeds
past trees and through tight forest paths. Enjoy the slower pace of a charming horse
drawn sleigh ride through magnificent scenery as two draft horses
take you around the lake and even out onto the ice itself. There are several accommodation options around
Lake Louise but the most impressive is the Fairmont Chateau
Lake Louise, right on the shores of the Lake itself. Each facet of Lake Louise is an incredible
holiday adventure in itself – but when they’re combined you’ll find a
truly magical winter experience.

  1. These clips are not getting the feedback that you were looking for. I say they look really good but I haven't seen your recent work, I'm working my way up, from oldest to newest

  2. Ah… lake Louise… the fond memories… I remember when I went there when I went to Banff. If I can remember correctly, there is a restaurant somewhere on lake Louise. There is also an ice castle, and let me tell you, it is fun. For the dog and horse drawn sleigh ride, I would've fell asleep if it wasn't for my sister, who kept on poking me! Well… have fun at lake Louise and have a great day!???

  3. I really really need to know the background music… been annoying me for weeks. It's reminding me of another song?
