  1. Another really helpful video. I've never stayed in Trastevere but would like to at some point. It took me a few trips to Rome to learn the correct pronunciation of the area. I was saying , "tras-tah–'veray" with accent on vere. Lol. In June of 2008 I went to Porta Portese Market. Whoa. I usually can handle crowds pretty well but it was extremely constricting that day. All I wanted to do was get out of there, more so because it was a really hot day and I had to travel by train to Milan to meet my sis and family who were flying in the next day. I particularly like Trastevere because of the Church of San Francesco in Ripa and Bernini's sculpture of the Ecstacy of St. Teresa at the last chapel on the left. It's stunning. Also going up Via Garibaldi to La Fontanone is worth it. Regarding Roadhouse…. I use the statue of the cow outside Termini's Roadhouse as a meeting point if I've lost a travel mate. ??. Clearly, I have to learn more about the area. Perhaps you could do a video of the boats that go along the Tiber, if they're even running anymore. Is it something worth experiencing? Grazie ancora David e fino al prossimo video. ??✈??
