Sunset Boulevard stretches 22 miles from downtown Los Angeles to the Pacific Coast Highway. It passes through the cities of Hollywood, West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Bel Air, and Pacific Palisades. The Sunset Strip portion of Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood is famous for its nightlife, restaurants, and huge billboards. From downtown take the Metro subway red line to Sunset/ Vermont station. From there, catch Metro bus number 2 / 302 towards Sunset and Clark. Exit at Sunset and Clark. If you’re coming from the Santa Monica area, Take the bus line 4 and exit at San Vicente. Walk two blocks up to Sunset Boulevard The Sunset Strip is famous for its many clubs, you can come and see many of the up-and-coming rockers and one of the famous clubs like the Viper Room, Whiskey A Go Go, or the Roxy. You can come and eat at the original Spago’s or have drinks at Chateau Marmont. It’s a great place to people watch and feel the LA music scene. Hollywood Boulevard Hollywood Boulevard runs parallel to Sunset Boulevard starting from the east end of the Sunset Strip. The touristy area extends from Vine to Highland Avenue on Hollywood Boulevard. To get to the Hollywood Boulevard area, take the red line Metro subway and exit at either Hollywood Highland station or Hollywood Vine station By bus, take the metro local 180. 181 or 217 or you can also take the Metro Rapid 780. Exit at Hollywood Boulevard / Highland near the Dolby Theatre. There are many things to do in this area. You can walk on the street and view the Walk of Fame stars along the sidewalk. These stars are given to achievement in the entertainment industry . it bears the name of various artists present and past. The more popular things to do is to go to the TCL Chinese Theater. You can look at the hands, feet, and autographs in concrete, or you can see a current running movie in the largest seating capacity theater. If you’re lucky, you can also see a Hollywood premiere and catch a glimpse of your favorite actor or actress If you happen to be here in February, you can come here to watch the Academy Awards and watch the stars walk down the red carpet at the Dolby Theatre. This stretch of Hollywood Boulevard is very busy. You can always see a movie at El Capitan, a historical theater in the area, shop along the streets for souvenirs, and most importantly you can people watch and enjoy street performers There’s lots to do in this area.   1. Wouldn't enjoy all those people and traffic in that town. So congested. Nah! I'd much rather take my hard earned working dollars and put it on a trip to the tropics 👙🌊🌴 so I can kick back on the white sands listening to the sounds of the waves under the bright blue skies with some good ole fresh air in my lungs. Mother nature is where it's at people! 😊😉
