Hi Everyone. I am Altug Galip. I am Alp Galip and We are Galipbros. On this episode we are traveling around The Mykonos Island. Mykonos is one of the most popular Greek Island which is the part of the Cyclades Islands. As you know windmills are the iconic symbols of the Greek Islands. Mykonos has a surface area of around 100km2. The population is around ten thousand. It is mostly known as famous parties and night life. But there are also quiet areas for a peaceful vacation. It has authentic narrow streets with lots of shops, cafes and restaurants. The buildings throughout Mykonos are white and clean. The area is dominated by blue and white colors. The natives of the island are friendly, helpful and speak good English. There is a typical Aegean climate with hot, dry summers and its mostly windy. Eating out, taxis and many touristic activities are much more expensive than other Greek Islands. Its easy access to many places within the island by bikes, taxis and public busses. And also its possible to walk everywhere within the Mykonos town center. Access to the beaches is easily provided by local transport. Mykonos Airport is 10 minutes and port is 5 minutes away from the town center by taxi. There are variety of accommodation options from hostels to luxury hotels. Cavo Tagoo Hotel is one of the best hotel in the area with its amazing picturesque sea view, unique infinity pools at the rooms and exclusive services.
