  1. How beautiful is this custom Brooklyn Loft?! Comment down below if you would like to see more unique listings like this one!

  2. Unlike most comments I do like the apartments interior and use of space, I love the industrial vibe it gives off with the exposed concrete. However I really think this house has been furnished pretty poor, it has much more potential and the price tag would make more sense if the furnishing was cleaner.

  4. I’m glad you made a video of a home in Brooklyn!! Makes it feel more personal. Would you do more in other boroughs? That would be cool 😎

  5. What’s crazy to me is if you moved that place into Manhattan you’d be adding like 10 mill onto the price simply for those few miles. Like I both get it because Manhattan and don’t because the price difference is insane for a really short journey

  6. I watched this guy's videos in the very beginning when he was a kid just trying to make it living in a shoebox. I haven't in long time because the more popular he got, the less intersting the videos became. (In my opinion)

In many ways it's cool to see how far he's comes and how he has captured a sense of autonomy in his life. However, I can't help but see that he is taking part in this new digital exploitation that is interconnected with the real estate developer stronghold that has sold out New York's most vulnerable, twisted New York into a gated community and one giant luxury product.

  7. people work to become millionaires to pay for lofts with industrial finishes which means I just put it on without caring, with concret showing up .. crazy world or bad taste

  8. There are some places in the world where you can buy a 4 times more luxurious apartment , triple the size with 4 bedrooms for 2% of this value. In places 100 times safer with a 1000% better quality of life.

  9. Tour 150 Central Park South Penthouse

  10. I wouldn't even pay 500K for this! Looks like a messy design with shortcuts to save money == custom woodwork and roofing!

  11. How would it feel, the day you arrive with your moving truck, after paying $4m, to realize once it’s empty, that it’s just a bunch of white rooms?! Although you get lots of custom, industrial pieces, like that grand dining room light fixture.

  12. you know what Erik this is one of the ugliest, unfinished, nastiest aprt in nyc period, woow that is disturbing i am bout to call heath department

  13. You can get a place bigger, more beautiful and a backyard/lawn in Houston, Texas for less than $800,000… Location really does matter lol

  14. Eventhough some parts of this house seem rushed or not well thought about. This seems like a house that also could be a home, compared to those 35+ million 'houses' (the have like 10+ bedrooms so more like a hotel) on this channel. Good episode!

  15. It’s so weird to see such „small“ apartments for 4mil $… where I live, you could get such space for around 1.500€ per month 🤷🏻‍♂️
