I think the HTM program is unique because, one, the faculty that are involved in it, are very close knit and we are really really passionate about what we do. And in some programs that you go into, they are so big and they’re so spread out that one faculty member doesn’t actually know what the other one is doing. We work really close together and so what we try to do is set goals jointly and then we run towards them. I think the program at San Diego State gives an edge because as you move up the ranks in an organization, you face more complex problems. And our goal is to try to give you the tools and the skills necessary to confront those. So when you first started at your job, you were evaluated a lot differently then you are as you move up. The decisions are bigger. The impact is bigger and the consequences are bigger. So what we try to do is put you into situations where you confront real world problems using these tools. I think that adds a lot of value. If you are ready for the next challenge in your life, get the HTM Edge.
